Privacy Policy

Mobile Defender Inc. ("Mobile Defender," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit mobiledefender.net (the "Site") or contact us.

This Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to information collected through Mobile Defender products or services deployed under separate agreements, which are governed by the terms of those agreements.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. If you contact us through the Site, by email (for example, sales@mobiledefender.net), or by requesting product information, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting platform may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and date/time of access. This may be collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies, including analytics provided by our website hosting platform, including, but not limited to, GoDaddy built-in analytics and Google Analytics.

We do not collect payment information through the Site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about our products and services;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Analyze Site usage in aggregate;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that support the operation of the Site (such as website hosting and email providers), solely to perform services on our behalf;
  • Legal and safety recipients, where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mobile Defender Inc., our users, or others;

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may provide you with rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise any applicable rights, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. 

Visitors outside the United States. The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. audiences. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. 

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
